Returns & Exchanges

Born X Raised offers a 14-day window for returns on unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that all collaboration drops and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; please print this label and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse to inspect your return; once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method minus shipping fees.
